Lily can welcome international residents for weekly or monthly stays, but this must be written and operated carefully. Foreign residents need clear information about stay duration, address, temporary residence declaration, insurance, emergency contacts, house rules, work limits, and legal procedures.
The website must not use guarantee language. Do not write: we sponsor your visa, guaranteed work permit, or come to Lily and get a job. The correct language is: Lily provides information support, basic document preparation, temporary residence coordination, and referrals to suitable advisors.
Four lanes must be separated: Stay Only, Learning/Observation, Remote Work for Overseas Party, and Local Project Work. Someone joining a project in Vietnam must go through separate legal review.
International residents do not need big promises. They need transparency, clear process, accurate information, and a responsible place to live. Lily must build that before expanding international communication.
