Work and Projects at Lily

Lily does not promise work for everyone. It creates an environment where suitable people find tasks and build proof of work.

No job guarantee

Lily does not guarantee that everyone will earn income after joining. What Lily does is create a clear task system where suitable people can learn, try small tasks, receive relevant work, and gradually build income from real ability.

Types of tasks

Tasks are clearly separated: paid task, unpaid training task, volunteer contribution, and contribution credit. Each type has its own terms and acceptance criteria. Lily does not blur the line between learning and paid work.

Proof of work

After each week, participants should have at least one small output. After a month, they should have a clearer portfolio. Output can be an article, code, design, research report, or prototype. That is evidence of ability, not a promise.

How tasks are assigned

Residents join a programme or receive tasks through the internal workspace. Each task has a description, deadline, acceptance criteria, and payment method if it is a paid task. Legally sensitive tasks or those involving international work require separate review.
