There is a focused work area, a private video-call zone, quiet hours, and conflict-handling rules. Every resident agrees to keep the shared work rhythm, so the workspace does not become a noisy café.
The workspace has stable Internet, enough power outlets, natural light, and a backup area for rainy days. Participants bring their own laptops and devices. Lily provides the structure, not individual equipment.
